How to track the package of your order
- When your order is dispatched we'll send you an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey.
- If for any reason you don't receive this, please email us at service@puzzlesgo.com and we will update you on your order's progress.
NOTES:
1. Tracking info may be updated in 1-3 business days from the shipping date.
2. If you can't find any tracking no. on your order list, we're still preparing for your package.
3. If you can find more than 1 tracking number on your order list, we must have shipped it in different packages.
4. If you find only part of an item that has no tracking number, we're still preparing for the shipment of other items.
